Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel has worked in accordance with ISO 9002 since 1990. As a result of an objective to have continuous improvement, we implemented ISO 9001:2000, from and including January 2005.
We focus continuously on updating personnel and HSE manuals and also on internal control objectives for the company. One of our aims is to make the systems more user friendly, so that our personnel will be more motivated in their work and for the company.
Employees in Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS are also aware of the problems hazardous waste may cause and we ensure that chemical waste is disposed of according to local requirements. We therefore comply with ISO 14001:2004.
For many years now, we have used Spesialavfall Rogaland AS (now SAR Gruppen) to ensure that all waste is dealt with properly. SAR Gruppen is ISO 14001:2004 certified.
We receive an annual report from SAR Gruppen that specifies the volume and type of waste we have delivered.
Our contractor of returnable EE-waste is RENAS. RENAS is a certified
company accordantly to ISO 14001, who will maintain a prober and
environmental waste handling of returnable EE-waste. Hillevåg
Elektro-Diesel AS are working accordingly to ISO 14001 and as a cause of
our membership with RENAS, this has been the right choice for us.
