Reclaimed Oil Pumps Statfjord C |

In the start of 2007, we will deliver 4ea reclaimed oil pumps for Statfjord C.
The pumps are Union Pump DB10's which are single stage centrifugal pumps.
In this case they will be manufactured in Super Duplex stainless steel. Drivers are ABB electric motors, and the seals and seal systems will be delivered by Burgmann.

Crude Oil Pump til Gullfaks C |

In the beginning of 2007, we will deliver a Union Pump DB34 to Gullfaks C.
This is a multistage pump that will circulate crude oil from the Tordis satellite field.
The pump is a 5 stage 8x8x11" axially split centrifugal pump, desginet to deliver up to 375m3/hr at a head of 750m. The driver is a Loher explosion proof electric motor with design parameters of 6000V / 900kW.
Seals and seal system for the pump will be delivered by Burgmann.

 At the beginning of 2006 we delivered 2 air breathing units with CO & CO2 removal to ConocoPhillips. The air breathing units are called BAP-2010 and clean all compressed air to medical air quality. The units have 5 filtration stages, each with a specific task.

Skid-mounted dryer pack for compressed air |

 At the beginning of 2005, we supplied a skid-mounted dryer pack for compressed air to Draupner (Statoil). The pack is designed to provide a clean and dry compressed air supply to air breathing systems on board. The unit consists of two separate systems, where one system is intended as back-up.

 Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS was awarded the contract involving "fully automatic temporary power supply” during the commissioning phase at Aker Stord and for the hook up phase offshore. We supplied: 3.75 mVA power generator, 4.0 mVA transformers 11 kV, cables and installation. The equipment was supplied in accordance with NORSOK Z-015.

 In May 2006, we supplied 3 air-cooled after-coolers to IKM Gjerseth Elektro AS. Each cooler has a capacity of 75m³/min. with a water separator installed in the frame in accordance with DNV 2.7-1.

In this project, Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS was chosen to supply a fully automatic power supply system with high-voltage sensing from a high-voltage land cable. The contract also included transport, installation, and start-up of the system on Melkøya, Hammerfest. We supplied 4 x 1500 kVA power generators, 4 x 3000 kVA transformers 22 Kv, 2 x 14 000 litres diesel tanks, 1 x HV switchboard, cables, conduits, etc.

 At the end of 2004, Randabarg Industries sent a large order for compressors to Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS. The order comprised 12 x Atlas Copco compressors of type GA160, each with a capacity of 30m3.
