Hillevåg Elektro Diesel AS specializes in sales, rental and maintenance of a wide range of machinery and equipment for the building & construction section, onshore and offshore industry.

Our headquarter is located at Forus on the outskirts of Stavanger, and we have subsidiaries on Karmøy and also in Kristiansand and Skien.
Our main products are compressors, compressed air treatment, power generators, pumps, high-pressure washers, tools and winches.

We have a very varied customer base, ranging from one-man enterprises, such as pipe fitters and building contractors, to the largest oil and oil-related companies.

Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS was established in 1952 and therefore has more than 50 years of experience in sales and maintenance of technical equipment to industry. 

The main category of equipment offered for rental comprises diesel and electrically driven oil-lubricated and oil-free compressors, power generators, load banks for load testing, adsorption dryers, steam generators, pumps and winches and other lifting equipment with a capacity of up to 500 tonnes.

We have a modern workshop with qualified mechanics and operators, and service and maintenance are performed both in special workshops and at the customers’ premises.

Hillevåg Elektro-Diesel AS has a warehouse management system that enables our mechanics to check the status of the spare parts and accessories stock, work orders, spare parts lists and rental machinery online on their own PCs. Thanks to our 24-hour phone service, customers have access to qualified personnel that can provide assistance in situations that might arise.

The company focuses on continuous development and updating, not just of the product range, but also of the employees’ competence. 
It is important to maintain a high level of competence in the company and therefore in-house and external courses, with course diplomas, are arranged to update personnel in areas such as compressor engineering and compressed air treatment, pump, steam and lifting technology.
